Downtown Entertainment

Who doesn’t love The Henry in downtown Dallas with a beautiful skyline view from the rooftop! This event was another small group that we got to know and interact with as they had time to make multiple leather gifts with money clips, valet trays and wristbands. Our process starts with branding the company logo into the leather product, then guests stamp their name, initials, favorite adjectives, etc into the leather item and last, pick the color for our staff to stain. The staining process is clean and quick with no mess. The stain dries within seconds and ready to take home! Fantastic gifting for any event planners that want guests to have something special from their event. We are unique in our entertainment ideas and ready for any event!

Break Out Session Entertainment

The Paskin Group contacted us about a fun break out session for their annual meeting and boy did they come to the right place! This sweet group just loved the combination of leather luggage tag/keychain and jewelry stamping. They were a group of 30 but took their time on each item and were able to make three different custom gifts each. The necklace stamping was extra fun to watch as each guest stamped children’s names, spouses or loved ones names into charms. Then added their own personal flair with birthstones or additional hearts or charms. We give lots of fun options for guests so they can really own their personal style. These are not only a cool memory from a work event but something they can continue to enjoy. And that is one big aspect of our job that keeps a smile on our face!

Expo Entertainment

Our client was having a large expo and showed interest in Texas Branding Station to draw customers to their booths. We have a way of driving traffic to booths and standing out in a crowd! As we brainstormed a bit more the client settled on having the branding station at their VIP booth so companies could co-sponsor the booth together and show clients appreciation for coming to their expo at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. The VIP reception had a western theme so we fit right in! Guests were able to stamp their names into luggage tags and keychains and we branded the sponsors on each of the leather items then stained them the color of their choice. Lots of laughs, creative stamping and pretty cool souvenirs from Cox, Hospitality Network and Blueprint RF.

Boxed Kits

We spoke to a potential client about their smaller adult birthday party where they wanted a fun activity during the event but also something guests could take home. They did not have space or budget for our full branding station and staff so they decided to book our stamping kit. They settled on leather coasters for guests to stamp! So we packed their home kit with 40 coasters, stamping tools, hammer, leather stain, gloves, instructions and sponges and mailed it their home. Happy client, within budget, fun for all! So if you don’t have the space or budget we have an alternative for you! This includes client gifts, corporate gifts, small gatherings, Sunday school or school activity, rehearsal dinners, bridal or baby showers, weddings, you name it! We offer jewelry stamping gifts as well!

Company Picnic

Thank you to Event Mechanics and BCG for having us at their client appreciation company picnic! What a beautiful day they were blessed with! We had the sweetest families at our branding station stamping leather wine cases, wallets, mini purses, blankets and grooming kits. It was neat to see how excited the guests of all ages were to have something they could customize while laughing and being creative all while going home with a really nice new leather item from BCG. Looks like a great company to work for and we had an absolute blast! We really pride ourselves on fun, friendly staff that walk each guest through the branding and stamping process.

City Event

We got a call from The City of Coppell regarding their city Kaleidoscope event and having some custom branding and stamping for city residents. During these events the city offers live music, vendors selling arts and crafts, food trucks, ziplining, bounce houses and cultural performances. What an event to be a part of! What was extra special was the city decided to raffle tickets to win one of our leather items then come brand and stamp at our booth. What a cool souvenir to remember such a special public city event! Another day with gorgeous fall weather and staff loving our job!

Partyfest 2021

Industry events are always a great time to see familiar faces and meet new event planners in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex! Partyfest 2021 was back to business and we just love sharing and exchanging ideas for corporate gifting, expos, client appreciation parties, office celebrations, holiday parties, company picnics, weddings and grand openings! We have a wide range of entertainment options with our parent company, Ashley Taylor Agency, but also offer a unique element to events with our interactive leather branding and stamping. Its fun to watch those the plan the parties get to participate in the fun! Our booth was packed from open and to close and our calendar filled right up with new, fun upcoming events! We will look forward to seeing everyone at Partyfest next year!

Team Building

We sure love it when Texas Branding Station can be a catalyst for team building within a company. We get a front row seat watching coworkers laugh and create custom leather gifts. This particular client, BCG, had four events and we were honored to be at each one as their new teams got to know each other!

House of Blues

What do you do when you want to show some clients love during Texas/OU Weekend? You rent the House of Blues, hire Texas cheerleaders, Third Eye Blind and Texas Branding Station for a night they won’t forget! And that is just what Kirkland and Ellis did! Guests swarmed our booth to get their custom valet try, luggage tag or keychain. And boy did they have a blast and kept us BUSY! They are already looking to book next year and we cannot wait to work with them again, what a FUN group! This is where our staff just shines! They can handle large crowds without missing a beat and all while smiling, walking guests through the process of branding, stamping and staining and they truly enjoy what they do. There is no event too small or too large and we enjoy them all!

Sports Theme

Calling all sports fans! AT&T Stadium makes for an extra fun venue for our Cowboys fans! This was a large group with an extra big personality and a fun Rowdy sighting! Our staff knows how to manage the group and make sure the line moves quickly and everyone has a chance to make their custom leather item while still getting lots of laughs and memories making your own corporate gift. The great versatility of Texas Branding Station is that it fits in 10x20 spaces and blends into any type of venue. So whether you are a sports team, music venue, western theme event, office building we have you covered!

What is included in the Branding Station?

The branding station is our split rail fencing set up with branding station sign, 6 stations, minimum of four staff, branding machine, custom brand iron, stamping tools and leather product pre-ordered with booking.

How much space is required for the branding station?

Minimum space is 12 x12 but keep in mind we are popular and typically see a lot of guests around the station so please prepare space accordingly.

How is the branding station priced?

We have a base package price for our set up, station, custom branding iron, staff and time on the job (minimum 3 hours).  In addition to the basic package fee, we require a minimum of 150 pre-purchase leather products in addition to our base station package.  We do not count leather products used on the job, all leather products are pre-purchased but we do allow for overages at the event.

How early do I need to book?

It will take a minimum of 3 weeks to have your custom branding iron ready.
